Recipe: Potato and Fenugreek Stuffed Naan

If you’re like me you probably assumed that even if you could make regular naan (which I do on occasion) that stuffed naan was a bridge too far. This recipe made it super simple and while the original has you grilling them lightly while coated in oil/butter, I actually made these for Thanksgiving so I simply baked them in the oven so I wouldn’t have to babysit a pan. The dough rolls out perfect and not sticky at all. In the future though I think I’ll add some cheese and more spice!

Menu: After Turkey, But Still Turkeyish

Yay I lived through Thanksgiving and now this blog is actually set to auto update until April next year so I think I’m going to start investing time/energy in to making it a better blog. I’ve gone ahead and commissioned a friend for a head and some title cards so that very exciting, which is the opposite of this weeks menu. I’m a little cooked out from Thanksgiving and have a few parties to attend this weekend so I’m just making the basics. Basic help with the budget too 🙂

Menu: All Fancy

Look at me all starting to post again, fancy like. In part it’s just so much easier to cook when it’s cold out isn’t it? Also I think this blog parallels the times in my life where I have more of my stuff together. Either way I think it’s a positive trend in my life. I’ve been spending the better part of this year learning German and job searching so maybe I just hit the point where I can finally add in another thing back in my life.

It’s nothing special but I think I will be able to add a few recipes this and next month. I’ve still been cooking and baking new things but my camera no longer takes pictures so there’s a big disconnect between what I make and what I post. I think I can get a new phone in May though so we’ll see what happens.
