Menu: Classy Lady

I’ve dedicated myself to doing the menus online again (I do them every week by hand anyway or I wouldn’t know what to buy obviously). I’m about to make a quick run for pudding and wine which is a long story but I thought I’d post my menu for the week before I do.

lunch: veg. soup
dinner: baked fish w/ salsa (potatoes on side)

lunch: spinach/cheese piroshikis
dinner: mushroom ravioli

Thursday
lunch: sandwhiches
dinner: out @ event

Friday
lunch: leftovers
dinner: sweet and sour chicken

We finally ran out of meat (there had been a great sale on turkey and chicken last month we’d been able to buy about 8lbs for only $15 all together) so I expect this week to be more expensive than usual but still not over budget of course.

Menu: February

It’s so hard to keep up with menu when you don’t have the CSA pushing you along in my experience. Having a couple “dud” recipes also pretty disheartening and I’ve started a photo blogging project and have been avoiding taking picture of all my lovely food experiments. I’ve actually had 3 disappointments and only 2 recipes to share (neither with pictures). I’ve also been awful to completely awful with bentos but that is another story entirely. Also we’ll be in LA from Friday to next Monday so no meal plans then :3

Hopefully I’ll keep on top of it next week.

Bento: Breakfast, Greek, and Dinner

Made 5, took pictures of 3 which is pretty good. Little blurry but I’ve been taking them as we rush out the door for work. Probably not the best time!

I have been really bad about bentos (with 0 pictures!) and have only made 2 and in addition I didn’t really stick to this weeks menu plan either. Going to try and be a bit more together this week but the holidays make stuff much more difficult.

Bento: A Bit of an Off Week

Still working on making these the night before but work is really hectic this time of year so even though I made lunch every day didn’t take a picture of quite as many as I made. Oh well still very good!
