Recipe: Sticky Chicken
These are so good and they’re pretty easy to make that they’d be great for a nice weekend meal. They have that nice mix of salty, sweet, and heat that makes some foods really easy to eat. I served them over rice but they really needed more sauce for that to make sense so consider making twice as much sauce if you want to do that.
Sticky Chicken

Ingredients
400gchicken breast, chopped into bite sized pieces
1egg, beaten
200gpanko
6tbspsoy sauce
4tbsphoney
4garlic cloves, minced
3tbsphosin sauce
2tbspsriracha (or other hot sauce)
1tbspginger, grated

Preheat oven to 200°C. Dip each piece of chicken in the egg mixture, then roll in panko and place on a baking sheet.

Bake chicken for 20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

Make the sauce on the stove in a large frying pan or saucepan by combining soy sauce, honey, garlic, hoisin sauce, sriracha and grated ginger and bringing the mixure to boil then immediately removing from heat and tossing the chicken bites in the sauce until coated.
