Recipe: Vegetable Hummus Wraps

I don’t usually feel like you need a recipe to make a wrap but this was a great combo of ingredients so I’m going to let it slide this one time. Please make this very simple and delicious wrap (I made it with lavash because that’s what available here but you can make it with tortillas or wraps or whatever thin bread products you have around).

Weekly Lunches: #12

I actually made new recipes for this week which is amazing because I don’t think I’ve made anything new for almost a month. I know that a lot of my inspiration will come back when the weather cools down and I think having a month off (when family comes to visit) should help too.

Lamb pitas, spiced couscous, oranges Black bean and squash chili, salad, cheddar chive muffins, apple Falafel with yogurt sauce, spiced couscous, kiwi, grapesPasta bake, salad, kiwi Cheese pizza, salad, nectarine

Menu: The Daystar

The heat just keeps chugging on so I’m keeping this weeks menu simple so I don’t get too frustrated about cooking in to heat (can you imagine trying to make pasta when you’re sweating too much to hold on to things?).
