Menu: Running Routine

Welcome to yet another week we’re I’m running kinda slow on updating! I’m trying to work on being more reliable about posting while I’m also trying to alter my diet, up my exercise, and finish 13 Xmas presents in 4 weeks. You can see how that’s turning out (not to mention the usual social, work, and life issues along the way!) Below is the CSA contents and a “working menu”. I’m going to try and turn the corn in to not creamed corn but…I’m merely human and creamed corn is delicious.

2 pounds Concord pears
3 pounds Gala apples
3 pound Dapple Dandy pluots

4 ears sweet corn
2 pints Sungold cherry tomatoes
2 eggplants
4 Ancho peppers
4 jalapeno peppers
4 sweet yellow peppers
1 bunch rainbow chard
1 butter head lettuce
1 bunch parsley
1 head garlic

Tuesday
lunch – out
dinner – pasta and salad

Wednesday
lunch – lasagna soup
dinner – pizza

Thursday
lunch – sandwiches and salad
dinner – breaded eggplant, creamed corn

Friday
lunch – leftovers
dinner – gallet with peppers, tomatoes, and onions

Saturday
lunch – eggs w/ veggies
dinner – out w/ friends

Sunday
lunch – couscous w/ veg
dinner – shrimp, not sure what style

Monday
lunch – leftovers
dinner – chicken w/ potatoes and corn
