Breakfast Braid
Preheat oven to 190°C and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a hot pan, melt the butter and add in the eggs, half and half, and salt and make scrambled eggs.
Roll out the puff pastry into a long rectangle then cut 10 slits (on each of the long sides) about two-thirds of the way in, leaving the center one-third uncut.
Spread the mustard along the center of dough, top with the meat, scrambled eggs, and cheese then crisscross the dough strips over the filling until secure.
Bake for 20-23 minutes until golden brown (allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving).
