Cheese Straws
In a stand mixer, processor, or if you have good muscles by hand, combine the cheese, butter, flour, salt and paprika until crumbly. Add the cream and mix or stir until it forms a dough ball.
Roll the dough into an long rectangle that is between 1/4 and 1/8-inch thick then cut the dough into thin strips (you can lightly wet the knife if it sticks to the dough).
Gently transfer the strips to an ungreased cookie sheet, leaving some space between them (they puff) and bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until they begin to brow
