Cucumber Tomato Salad
Ingredients
4 tomatoes, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
¼ cup olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp salt
black pepper

Thinly slice the vegetables and place them in a large bowl and then toss with the rest of the ingredients.
