Another week another CSA and menu under the cut!
1.5 pounds Skeena Cherries
1 pound Rainer Cherries
1.5 pounds apricots
1 pound green beans
2 pounds summer squash
1 pint Sungold cherry tomatoes
3 yellow peppers
.5 pounds snap peas
1 bunch rainbow chard
1 head lettuce
2 heads garlic
1 bunch basil
1 bunch parsley
Tuesday
lunch – salad
dinner – pizza
Wednesday
lunch – grilled cheese w/tomatoes, cherries on the side
dinner – burritos
Thursday
lunch – pasta with grilled zucchini
dinner – stir fry (green beans, squash)
Friday
lunch – pb and j and apricots
dinner – chicken tikka masala
Saturday
lunch – pancakes w/ apricot jam
dinner – squash gallet
Sunday
lunch – fritatta (possibly omelets)
dinner – polenta with tomatoes and shrimp
Monday
lunch – leftovers
dinner – salad, cheese, and fruit
