8 Bartlett pears
2 pounds Red Gold nectarines
1 pound Madison Yellow peaches
1 pint Sungold cherry tomatoes
4 ears of sweet corn
1 head cauliflower
½ pound lemon cucumbers
1 green pepper
1 pound slicing tomatoes
2 heads broccoli
1 head red cabbage
½ pound green beans
1 bunch cilantro
2 yellow peppers
1 pound tomatillos
2 jalapeno peppers

Tuesday
lunch – out
dinner – soup

Wednesday
lunch – omelets
dinner – cheddar polenta with tomatoes and broccoli

Thursday
lunch – couscous w/ veggies

Friday
lunch – leftovers
dinner – chicken, mashed potatoes, and creamed corn

lunch – pancakes

dinner – pizza
