Vegetable Ramen

Ingredients
 2 packages ramen noodles
 4 cups vegetable broth
 2 cups chinese cabbage, shredded
 2 cups mushroom, chopped
 1 cup peppers, chopped
 ½ cup carrots, chopped
 1 tsp each: garlic powder, sesame oil, five spice powder, black pepper

In a stock pot, add sesame oil over medium heat, add vegetables and saute 5 minutes, add seasoning and mix well.

Pour in broth and bring to boil, add noodles, stir, reduce heat and simmer 4-5 minutes until noodles are cooked. Serve garnished with green onions.
