Vegetable and Chickpea Curry

Ingredients
 2 cups cauliflower
 2 cups broccoli
 1 green pepper, diced
 1 onion, diced
 14 oz chickpeas
 14 oz tomato sauce
 1 cup vegetable broth
 1 tbsp cumin
 1 tbsp curry powder
 1 tbsp tumeric
 ½ tsp cayenne powder
 salt and pepper

Place vegetables, chickpeas, tomato sauce, chicken broth and spices in the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours

Check for seasoning and adjust accordingly then serve over rice or grain of choice
