Oven Roasted Fajita Vegetables

Ingredients
 1 red pepper, sliced in strips
 1 green pepper, sliced in strips
 1 onion, cut in strips
 1 zucchini, cut into strips
 2 tomatoes, cut into strips
 2 tbsp taco seasoning
 2 tbsp olive oil

Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil. Place all the vegetables on the foil in a single layer. Drizzle vegetables with olive oil and then sprinkle the seasoning on top. Rotate vegetables to coat with oil and seasoning and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
