Sauteed Spicy Corn Salad

Ingredients
 1 tbsp olive oil
 1 red onion, fincely diced
 1 tbsp butter
 250 g corn
 1 red pepper, diced
 2 tbsp Sriracha
 3 tbsp cheese, crumbled
 1 lime, juiced
 salt and pepper
Directions

Heat olive oil in a fry pan over medium heat.

Add onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender.

Add butter, pepper, and corn and saute about 5 minutes, until golden.

Remove from heat and add the Sriracha, cheese, and lime juice and season to taste.
