Roasted Drumsticks with Carrots and Potatoes

Ingredients
 8 drumsticks
 6 potatoes, cut in quarters
 5 carrots, cut in 1" pieces
 salt and pepper
 5 cloves garlic, crushed
 ½ tsp paprika
 4 tbsp oil

Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.

Add chicken, potatoes and carrots to the lined baking dish and sprinkle with salt, ground pepper and garlic. Drizzle with olive oil. Toss everything to coat.

Place in the oven and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes, checking if potatoes can be easily pierced is a sign of doneness.
