Ingredients
Bread
 4 g instant yeast
 30 g sugar
 180 ml warm water
 60 ml warm milk
 440 g flour
 2 g garlic powder
 5 g salt
 1 egg
 45 g butter, melted
Garlic-Butter Coating
 4 cloves garlic, minced
 100 g butter, melted

Directions
1

In a large bowl add the yeast, sugar, warm water, and warm milk. Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes until the yeast has bloomed.

2

To the yeast mixture add the rest of the bread ingredients stirring to combine and kneading until the dough is smooth and pulls away from the sides of the bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let the dough rest for about 60 minutes.

3

Once dough has risen, flour a flat surface and divide dough in 4 pieces, then further divide each piece in 10 smaller pieces and roll those small pieces into balls.

4

Make the topping by mixing the melted butter and garlic in a small bowl. Dip each ball of dough into the butter mixture to coat, then place in the bundt pan (or prepared circle tin). Repeat until all balls have been covered and placed in the tin.

5

Cover the pan with a greased plastic wrap and let the dough rise for 30 minutes.

6

Bake at 180° for 25-30 minutes until the outside is golden brown and allow to cool at least 10 minutes before eating.
