Loaded Chickpea Salad
1 avocado, diced
14 oz cooked chickpeas
1 red onion, diced small
250 g cherry tomatoes
1 cucumber, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
½ tsp cumin
1 tsp lemon juice
salt, pepper, dill, and parsley, to taste

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and the adjust seasoning to taste.
