 28 oz black beans
 1 onion, diced finely
 1 clove garlic, minced
 1 egg
 2 small jalepenos, minced
 1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp each: salt, pepper, cumin, chipolte pepper
 fresh cilantro, chopped
 8 oz corn

Directions
1

In a food processor pulse onion, garlic, jalapenos, black beans, egg, spices, cilantro, and half the corn. Pulse to combine (may take a bit).

2

Transfer mixture to a large mixing bowl stir in remaining corn and the breadcrumbs until mixed together. You can add in finely chopped pepper for extra texture if you want.

3

Shape black bean mixture into patties as you would a regular hamburger (if the mixture is too loose you can add another egg or more breadcrumbs)

4

To cook on the stove top: Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat then grill on each side for 5 minutes

5

To cook in the oven: Heat the oven to 400 degrees and let cook for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.
