Recipe: Gyros

This recipe is actually two recipes and maybe even three recipes so I think the best way to deal with it is to do them all at once despite the wall of text effect it gives.

Ingredients
Sauce
 ½ cucumber, diced finely
 1 tsp salt
 1 cup plain yogurt
 ¼ cup sour cream
 1 tbsp lemon juice
 ½ tsp rice vinegar
 1 tsp olive oil
 1 clove garlic, minced
 1 tbsp chopped dill
Chicken
 1 lb chicken, cut into 1" pieces
 ½ cup balsamic vinegar
 ¼ cup olive oil
 2 cloved garlic, roughly chopped
 3 tbsp lemon juice
 1 tsp each: oregano and dill
 salt and pepper, to taste

Stir all the ingredients together in a bowl and sit aside.

Chicken

Put everything in a Tupperware and marinade for an hour to overnight.

To cook the chicken simply grill it for 6-8 minutes on each side.

Dice the chicken, slather on some sauce and add your toppings.
