Recipe: Edible Cookie Dough

Love eating cookie dough but worried about getting sick from raw eggs? This is the perfect recipe for you! This edible cookie dough takes just minutes to whip up and can be eaten raw as it contains no eggs. Mine was a little too sugary for me so if you like things less sweet you might want to tone down on the sugar but otherwise this is a great sweet tooth fix for a last minute dessert.

Ingredients
 1 stick butter
 0.75 cup brown sugar
 2 tsp vanilla
 0.50 tsp salt
 1 cup flour
 2 tbsp milk
 0.50 cup mini chocolate chips

With your mixer, cream together butter and brown sugar. Add in vanilla and salt, mix.

Add in flour and 2 tablespoons of milk and mix.

Fold in the chocolate chips and enjoy!
