Recipe: Cannoli Dip

If you’re too lazy to make cannoli (and who isn’t), this dip tastes EXACTLY like a cannoli for about 2 minutes total of effort. Dip in fruit, cookies, crackers, graham crackers, or even pretzels if you like the sweet/salty combo.

Ingredients
 8 oz ricotta cheese
 4 oz mascarpone cheese
  cup powdered sugar
 ¼ cup cream
 ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
 add ins: chopped pistachios, toasted coconut, crushed almonds, white chocolate chips

In bowl using a spatula, blend together ricotta and mascarpone cheese.

Fold in powdered sugar and heavy cream.

Mix in chocolate chips and/or other add ins.
