Recipe: Sriracha Aioli

 1 egg
 ½ tsp minced garlic
 salt and pepper
 2 tbsp Sriracha
 1 tsp smoked paprika
 1 lime, juiced
 ¾ cup olive oil

Combine the combine all but the olive oil in the container of a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, then blend on low speed while pouring oil into the blender in a fine stream as the mixture emulsifies and thickens
