Menu: Better Leveling Through Cooking

Back from vacation and ready to try and get back to business. Going to be trying out 8 new recipes this month which I’ll post up on Wednesday. Hopefully I actually get to it but in the meantime a menu.

Sunday
lunch – bagels w/ eggs
dinner – oatmeal w/ peaches

Monday
lunch – out (because there’s no food in the house)
dinner – pasta w/ veggies

Tues
lunch – turkey and cheese sandwich
dinner – baked chicken, roasted potatoes and mixed veggies

Wed
lunch – cous cous
dinner – creamy rice bake

Thurs
lunch – hot flower soup
dinner – chicken tikka masala

Fri
lunch – stir fry
dinner – burritos

Saturday
lunch –leftovers
dinner – chicken briyani

Let’s try and stick to this and as always keep cooking~
