Menu: Back on Track

I’m pretty much done with the special project I was working on just in time for November and Nanowrimo. This week is the 2nd to last (penultimate) CSA box we’ll get this year and contains: yams, squash, red peppers, spinach, romanesco, scallions, fennel, cucumbers, avocados, grapes, lemons, and apples.

Dinner – out @ Steelhead Diner

Saturday
Lunch – Cous Cous w/ Veggies and Flaky Biscuits
Dinner – Squash Soup

Sunday
Lunch – Baked Fish
Dinner – Green Curry

Monday
Lunch – PB and J sandwhich, grapes
Dinner – Miso Udon w/ Scallions

Tuesday
Lunch – Leftovers
Dinner – Pasta w/ Chard

Wednesday
Lunch – Squash Soup
Dinner – Ravioli

Thursday
Lunch – Leftovers
Dinner – Stuffed Peppers
