snap peas x 2 (raw)
grapes (raw)
cherries (raw)
3 peaches (dessert)
corn

mushrooms
spinach
lettuce
apple

Here’s a “Working Menu”
Soup du semaine: Carrot Soup
Frittata (mushrooms, chard, spinach, eggs, cheese, ricotta)
Udon
Tofu Burritos
something baked with apricots, maybe ice cream?
